The boating scene of three fishermen, that I captured with my camera, reminded me of the impressionist’s paintings of boats and boating parties on the Seine. As one who is appreciative of the artists and their artistic endeavors of that time, I felt the need to paint this one…..the body language significant for a good composition and the fisherman’s joy to be on the water.
